BRÜCKNER on ITMA ASIA 2012

The German machinery and line producer BRÜCKNER presents himself with many innovations on ITMA Asia in Shanghai. On booth no. G-05 in hall E2 some highlights concerning energy efficiency, intelligent textiles and technical applications are waiting for you.

When the most important textile machinery fair in Asia opens its gates from 12 to 16 June 2012 BRÜCKNER as market leader is of course again participating. For more than 60 years we develop and design premium lines for the dry finishing of all kinds of textiles. The use of technical textiles is growing more and more in new applications. The market for these products is continuously growing just as the partial sector of nonwovens which is growing since years, too. With our technological know-how and decades of experiences we are in a position to supply each customer an individual tailor-made machinery concept. Our intense process engineering advisory service for our customers on which they can rely anytime is of very high importance for us.

Nonwovens lines
Our product portfolio comprises among other things flat and vertical dryers, Airlaid lines und high-temperature ovens for the finishing of geo-textiles, wipes, filter media, automotives and much more. On our booth we will show you with great pleasure the benefits of the new double belt thermofusion oven for the finishing of voluminous and highly-compacted nonwovens. The line works very effectively and with minimum energy consumption. State-of-the-art technology and advanced control systems as well as a robust construction with long service life are self-evident.

Coatings
We supply finishing and coating lines for very different applications and end products, for example airbags, light protection material, tarpaulin, grinding cloth, artificial leather, canvas and sport clothing - to name only a few. Whether screen or slop-pad coater, powder dispersion unit or full bath impregnating, floating knife or roll over cylinder coating machine - we have a tailor-made solution for each customer. Our lines are working with the utmost energy efficiency and with the highest possible precision regarding temperature distribution, air circulation and coating application.

Glass fabric industry
Technical glass fabric is used today in countless products for example in the construction industry, in the do-it-yourselfer products or in the aerospace industry. Since decades we are supplying these industries with the suitable system modules. In combination with the adequate technology this leads to a perfectly tailored solution for the user. And the possibilities of use are very far-reaching. We offer for example lines for the impregnation of glass wall paper, for the production of grinding disc reinforcements and batch ovens for the removal of residual size on glass fabric.

Energy saving systems and environmental technology
With our newly developed systems you as user can save up to 35 % of energy depending on the process and the machine configuration. Heat-recovery systems for example pay back already from the first day and are a good investment for the future. With great pleasure we will show you our latest system live on our booth at the fair. With our new ECO-HEAT heat-recovery you will benefit with highly efficient plate fin heat-exchangers with anti-adhesion coating of their optimum power density. Due to their small size the heat exchangers are absolutely handy and are very easy to maintain.

Since decades we are offering high-quality and modern textile stenters for a multitude of different applications. Whether woven or knitted fabric, drying or heat-setting process, continuous dyeing or sanforizing, compacting or easy-care finishing - a BRÜCKNER line meet always the highest power and quality requirements.
